I spotted a crack yesterday and called FMG and quickly got an apptmt with B.J. He came right to our place and found 2 cracks and promptly fixed them. Great service and I learned a few things about fixing cracks that I did not know. I will use them again in the future.

HOW DARE THEY?! I mean honestly, providing me with outstanding customer service! How is that possible? Well, let's start with Bryan, the ring leader of this unimaginably fantastic experience. Bryan is friendly, informative, and professional. I took his business info at the car wash and said once I'm ready, I'll call. He was not pushy at all, very patient and I really appreciate that🤗 2 months later I met Caroline at the car wash. Caroline is a true lady with great energy, lovely demeanor and face. Caroline completed all the hard work! All I had to do was remember my insurance company and my driver's license😅 But the last part of this 5 star experience was... GARY! Did you know He dared to show up ON TIME and complete the job in a timely manner with a quality windshield?! Gary is detailed oriented , brilliant, and funny! He really went above his duties to help me beyond just the windshield. I bet, the ENTIRE team is all about putting the clients first! Imagine all of this excellence, over a broken windshield. I'm grateful to you all💛

Awesome!! Cannot recommend Bryan and his team enough. Made it super easy and super accommodating for someone who works 60 hours a week right now like I do. Also huge shoutout and thank you to him because they also did a little lovin on my car and I got it back better off than I left it with them. Cannot recommend enough if you want great service and awesome people working on your vehicle.

Bryan and his installation team were amazing. I was completely updated during the process of administrative paperwork, the ordering of the windshield out of Europe and the scheduling of the install. Bryan was on top of everything. Three members the installation team showed up on time, we’re polite and flawless with the install. I have already referred business and will continue to do so. Great experience.

I was very skeptical to have my windshield replaced because I have heard it may not be the same. I had the best experience from start to finish. Bryan Winchell is a true professional, he helped me along the whole process, the installation was seamless, and he even called me the next day to see how everything was. Amazing customer service & overall amazing job with my new windshield!
